John Warwicker was appointed Enterprise Professor of Graphic Design in 2017. He achieved international recognition as co-founder of the multi-award winning, multidisciplinary creative collective, ‘tomato’. In 2022 John’s contribution to the field of Graphic Design was further recognised by his election as a lifetime member of the Royal Designers for Industry (RDi), the highest accolade for a UK designer.

John’s everyday practice spans the disciplines of: Graphic Design, Typography, Branding, Publications, Photography, Film and Video, Sound and Music, Electronic Interactive Media, Drawing, Performance/Installations, Fashion, Product Design, Architectural and Interior Design, Curation and Authorship.

John brings all of this multivarious experience under the conceptual banner of ‘Thought into Form’.
