Just as manufacturing companies recall faulty products, Broached is recalling design periods that have fallen out of favour, correcting them within a current aesthetic. This involves harvesting antiques for their useful parts or sourcing deadstock and heritage materials, for the production of new furniture typologies.

The Broached Recall Coffee Table expands the pattern language of the Monoliths across a much greater terrain. The sideways extruding drawer reveals a hidden internal shelf to store items not to be found by prying hands or for longer term storage. This object is made from heritage timber veneers sourced from the archive of Elton Group dating between the 1930’s and 1990’s. The heritage timbers have been combined with Elton Group’s colourful and sustainable Eveneer range made in Italy.

The Recall Coffee Table features delicately mitred edges which accentuate the sharp, linear qualities of the form and pattern. The object is finished with a satin polish.
