Studio Chen Lu is a Sydney-based design practice working across interiors, scenography and objects. Every project begins with a process of distillation, reducing an idea to its essence. By framing emptiness, each project creates the conditions for occupation, interpretation and transformation. What remains is not absence, but possibility.

Emptiness becomes the stage in scenography, exhibitions and retail environments. Space is framed rather than filled, allowing products, artworks and narratives to assume presence without excess. Each installation is conceived as an experience, whether for a moment, a season, or a single event.
